One may think that escaping the heat of New Orleans is well, impossible.
They are wrong.
The heat is pretty much unbearable most of the year, but it has a personality of its own.
New Orleans weather is bipolar.
There is no telling what the weather will be like.
It will go from storming, to sunny.
From 60 degrees to 102 degrees.
Although the weather is unpredictable, the culture is not.
